  7. It’s 0.5 teaspoon of Katsuo dashi powder.

  1. Add Bonito flakes into a pot of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the bonito flakes..
  2. Add in miso and Katsuo dashi powder..
  3. Add in tofu and dried seaweed..
  4. Bring the soup to boiled and then add in some spring onion..
  5. Turn off the heat and then add in the beaten egg. Leave it for one minute. Enjoy..
