  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Salt *alter the amount depending on the saltiness of the Stock.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of Kimchi *cut into the size that is easy to eat.
  10. It’s 2 of Spring Onions *finely chopped.

  1. Thinly slice Pork and cut into small pieces, add Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sesame Oil and White Pepper, massage, and set aside while you are preparing other ingredients..
